Return Policy
Please read the following carefully to understand the return policy applicable to all components, accessories and e-bikes sold by Tyooteriw.
Order Cancellation
Tyooteriw recommends all buyers to reconfirm your address, phone number, order details and other information as soon as possible after placing an order. If your order details are incorrect, our support team can also modify it as long as the order has not been shipped.
Orders that have been shipped (you have received a tracking number) cannot be changed or cancelled. Cancellation of an order is not confirmed until you receive a response from our customer support team. If the order is successfully cancelled, the customer will receive an email confirmation.
Damage and Problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and if the item is defective, damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the problem and correct it.
Shipping Damage:
For items that are damaged or defective when received, please contact us at Tyooteriw@gmail.com and provide photos or videos with the actual defect, as your problem may be easily solved. The Tyooteriw support team can provide you with a technical solution. Damage caused by shipping (e.g. scratches, defective parts) is not grounds for return.
If you received the wrong item:
In rare cases, mix-ups can occur on the delivery day. If you received an item you did not order or received the wrong item, please contact us directly and we will correct the error immediately.
Items should be unused and in the original packaging for exchange.
Returns for New and Unused Items
We allow you to return new, unopened and unused e-bike items within 14 days of receipt for a refund without a restocking fee. For all returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the recipient. Unless Tyooteriw made a shipping error, the return shipping costs will be deducted from the final refund. For used items, we will deduct the return shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee from the final refund.
Returns
We will not accept any returns 14 days after the delivery date or when the mileage on the odometer exceeds 10 miles.
The mileage on the odometer must be less than 10 miles
No wear, dirt, dust, fragrance or any other signs of use
All items in the box must be included (chargers, keys, tools, gifts, etc.)
Must be in the same packaging and condition you received it.
We will deduct the return shipping fee and a 20% restocking fee from the final refund.
Exchanges
To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, free of dirt, dust or any fragrance, and in the original packaging and condition you received it.
No exchanges are allowed within 30 days of the delivery date.
If you plan to exchange the item for the same model but a different color, the return shipping fee is the responsibility of the recipient.
If you plan to exchange the item for a different model, you must pay the corresponding price difference and return shipping fees.
Please note:
All orders must be returned in the original packaging, and other packaging materials will not be accepted for return. Please keep your bike box, even if it is damaged during shipping.
If the returned item is missing any parts (including the original box), we will charge a fee as part of the refund.
If a customer returns an item without consultation with Tyooteriw service and official consent from Tyooteriw EBike, no refund will be given and the customer must pay for shipping to return the item, or the item will be sacrificed.
If you cancel after the order has been placed, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. In addition, the original shipping costs we incurred to send you the bike will not be refunded (even if "free" shipping is advertised).

New Return, Open Box Tyooteriw E-Bikes are sold "as is" and are not eligible for return, but are still covered by our standard E-Bike warranty.
