Warranty Policy
Tyooteriw E-Bike Warranty
Each Tyooteriw E-Bike comes with a one-year, all-inclusive manufacturer warranty for the original owner against any manufacturing defects. Warranty parts are shipped only within the continental United States or Canada. If you purchased the bike and had it shipped to another country, parts will only be shipped to the country the bike was originally shipped from.
NOTE: Warranty is for the original owner only and is not transferable.
What is Tyooteriw's warranty like?
Parts covered by the warranty:
Frame, fork, stem, handlebars, headset, seatpost, saddle, brakes (excluding brake pads), lights, bottom bracket, crankset, pedals, rims, hubs, flywheel, cassette, derailleur, shifters, battery, motor, throttle, controller, wiring harness, LCD display (excluding water damage), brackets, and hardware.
Warranty does not cover:
Unauthorized modifications to the product.
Water damage or improper assembly or negligent use, operation, maintenance that violates the product's maintenance instructions.
Consumable or normally worn parts (tires, tubes, brake pads, cables and housings, grips, chains, spokes).
Defects inherent in the normal life or useful life of the product, such as a dead battery that is replaceable by the consumer.
Damage or defects caused by an accident.
Scratches, dents and cosmetic damage caused by human factors unless caused by Tyooteriw or shipping damage.
Tyooteriw Extended Warranty
The Tyooteriw Extended Warranty covers any electrical components, including motors, batteries, controllers and sensors.
Shipping Damage Claims
Inspect your product immediately for damage. Shipping damage must be reported to Tyooteriw Ebikes within 7 days of the shipment arriving. We will not accept shipping damage claims made within 7 days of receiving the product.
Disclaimer
You are responsible for your actions while using your e-bike. Tyooteriw Ebike is not responsible for any accidents or injuries that may occur during your use, whether caused by you or others. We recommend that you contact your insurance provider to determine if your current policy will cover you in the event of an accident.
Credit Card Refunds
If an order is refunded for any reason and the customer still owns the product, the warranty will be suspended until the refund is resolved.
What will we do to resolve your bike issue?
If a component is deemed defective or damaged and it is not user error, we will issue a replacement part, please contact us immediately after delivery. We will assist you in replacing any defective component. We will replace any component deemed damaged during shipping.
If the warranty is voided for any reason, the customer is responsible for any repair or replacement costs resulting from misuse, neglect or abuse of the vehicle.
Please note that for warranty issues, the customer is responsible for the labor costs of installing the warranty component.

Step 1 - If your issue is with an order, please provide the order number. Click here to contact the Tyooteriw Customer Service Team.
Step 2 - Visible evidence describing the defect is required. Please attach any relevant videos or photos showing the problem so that the experts can best assist you.
Step 3 - Whatever you need, we are here to help. Simply contact us and we will endeavor to respond within 24 hours.
NOTE: Tyoteriw will not replace any part without first inspecting a photo or video of the damaged part.
RESPECT Know what this means to us
We pride ourselves on being respectful, kind, patient, friendly, and all the other pleasant terms we can throw in, and it is vital that our customers report these things back to our team. We understand that many times you call/email customer support because something may be wrong or something went wrong (that's the worst case scenario!). We also understand that these potential issues often lead to frustration and sometimes even anger, but we will not tolerate the use of rude/vulgar language towards our staff. If this happens, we will issue a warning, after which we reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, refunds, void warranties, or cancel orders, at our sole discretion. Once this decision is made, it is final and cannot be reversed.
